Welcome to the terms and conditions page of Yaksh Infinlease Pvt Ltd which is operated and owned by our website here, we have revealed our terms and conditions as per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India and the Information Technology ACT. However, all the details have been mentioned on the page which is mandatory to read before entering into a contract with us or getting any financial or technical services from our side. The client must adhere to the Indian Contract ACT of 1872 for fair and transparent services and contact, especially while establishing financial services.

As per the terms set by the Reserve Bank of India, we collect personal details while initiating business, obtaining fintech support, or processing personal loan services.

Eligibility & Membership

To access our services and apply for a loan, the client must be eligible as per the Indian Contract Act 1872. Eligibility varies based on several parameters:

Age Criteria

Must be 18 years or above and a resident of India

Employment & Income

Minimum income of ₹40,000/month with valid employment

Valid Documents

PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, and credit score required

Interest

The interest rate, fees, and all other charges will be clearly disclosed at the time of contract execution. Changes in contract terms may occur over time and will be communicated before the agreement is finalized.

Rejection of Loan or Agreement

It is our right to cancel or reject a loan application. Rejection may occur due to:

  • Lack of required documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, income proof)
  • Insufficient income or unsatisfactory credit score
  • Failure to meet age, residency, or employment eligibility criteria
  • Absence of client agreement/consent, or submission of false information

Tenure

The tenure of the loan will be fixed at the time of disbursal and must be noted in the agreement along with all fees and charges. In case of any default, the agreement may be cancelled.

Note: Loan tenure ranges from 7 to 90 days depending on the loan product. Recovery proceedings may be initiated under applicable laws upon default.

Default

We reserve the right to classify customers as defaulters when they fail to pay or comply with the terms. Consequences of default include:

  • Penal charges at 1.25× daily ROI
  • Reporting to Credit Bureaus (CIBIL, Equifax, Experian, Crif Highmark)
  • Legal recovery proceedings under applicable laws
  • Account suspension and blacklisting from future loan services
  • Escalation to relevant authorities as permitted by RBI guidelines

Intellectual Property Right

ExpressCred retains all rights to the content, logo, and all other parts of the website. All materials are the exclusive property of Everlight Holdings Private Limited and are protected under applicable IP laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Any feedback or comments must not hurt any community, people, political party, or individuals. We reserve the right to take action against controversial content.

Disclaimer

EcpressCred operates under the guidance of the Reserve Bank of India and uses only ethical means for all agreements. If you receive any offer relating to pre-approval charges from unauthorized sources, avoid such communications. We proceed with a fair payment option only after a signed agreement. We have no concealed charges whatsoever. All fees are disclosed upfront in your loan agreement before disbursement.

If you face any trouble with our services, you can raise a dispute. Our Grievance Officer is always available to address your concerns.
